Two Days of Touch Footy, Sunshine and Good Times at Casuarina Beach

CAS Cup 2026 delivered another unforgettable weekend, bringing hundreds of players and supporters together at the stunning Casuarina Beach Rugby Club for two full days of social touch footy, amazing atmosphere, and coastal vibes. Held on 20–21 March 2026, the tournament once again lived up to its reputation as the pinnacle social event on the PCT calendar.

A Bigger, Better CAS Cup

The 2026 edition saw one of the strongest team turnouts to date, with divisions packed across the board. This year marked the biggest year since 2017, with a remarkable 55 teams across the divisions!

Cas Cup first began in 2004 as a small one‑day competition and has now grown into one of the most loved two‑day social Touch Football events in Australia

A Social Weekend Like No Other

CAS Cup is proudly a social, two‑day touch football weekend, attracting players of all skill levels across Mixed, Men’s, Women’s and Masters divisions.

Teams battled it out across the beach‑side fields, enjoyed great coastal weather, and made the most of Casuarina’s relaxed atmosphere.

One standout feature of Cas Cup 2026 was the nearly 50/50 gender split, showcasing the inclusive and welcoming nature of the tournament, something few social sporting events achieve.

Amongst the 55 teams participating at Cas Cup, we had a wide variety of teams from across Southeast Queensland and New South Wales, Places include Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba & Penrith, highlighting just how far the event has expanded.
